This is clearly a browser-based game only. And downloading it opens it in the browser.
....where is doesn't actually work, cuz it's been stuck on the intro screen for several minuted now. So the download clearly do not work.
The actual browser version on the game page do seem to work tho.
The gameplay style is...er...unique. And really, really weird. This is most defiantly not a pure visual novel. (It resembles some kind of strange board-game actually.)
I can't say if that is a good or a bad thing. I suppose it comes down to what you like in a game. (Not my favorite, but I prefer pure visual novels with choices, not other type games paired with them.)
This game have no save option as far as I can see. Defiantly not a fan of that.
The mc is certainly pragmatic. So far I like her. ^_^
The story is interesting, but I am not a fan of the game-style.
You need the right tokens or money to unlock certain choices, and it's just a headache.
But if you like that kind of thing, you may enjoy this game more than I do.
This was so fun! I loved the strategy and the characters' reactions to everything, and I finally got my garden party invitation! Looking forward to more!
I loved this! One of my favorite games of the Jam. Using emotions/vibes as currency is a fun concept that definitely fits with the Jam's theme. Lots of games have a "you can do this if your something level is over 10" but a "you can do this if you have a something token" changes things a lot. I'd love to see more of this game, and more games in general with this kind of dynamic!

Thank you so much for your encouraging comment ❤️
We just added 3 more characters to the game.
Insanely polished! Would love to see this with more characters and events!
